GO TRI Training Days

Starting out in triathlon? Taking part in the GO TRI at the Accenture World Triathlon Nottingham? 

GO TRI training days are the best place to get started and be ready to smash your first triathlon. If you're a seasoned GO TRI'er, these sessions will also help you to develop your bike, transition and run skills.

GO TRI Learn to Swim Freestyle - 6 week progressive course on learning the basics to swim freestyle.

GO TRI Cycling Skills - These sessions will help you to develop your cycling skills, from bike handling to the basics of transition. These sessions are beginner friendly, so don't worry if you've not been on the bike in a while as there will be a coach to help you.

GO TRI Indoor Intro to Tri -  Ideal for those who have tried either of the disciplines separate and want to put them into practice in a non event environment.
